Lifebloom Creative is rolling out?Grey Rock Realty‘s next generation of ?real estate deelopment using our favorite platform WordPress. This is one of the biggest projects that I have ever taken and I feel like I knocked this one out of the park for?Grey Rock Realty here in Fort Collins, Colorado. They needed advanced customization of an IDX Search system as well as a very complex custom neighborhood system that was built into the custom template that we created to fit this clients needs. This site ha over 300 pages total inside of it and was entirely designed and developed only by myself (Karlyle Walker).
This is the most advanced WordPress development I have ever taken on and I consider it quite a feat to be loading at 1.5-2 seconds with a WordPress site that is constantly querying outside databases for information. My last 3 WordPress developments have all gotten a 80+ Google Page Speed and pull 1-2 second load times. These are the most robust websites I have ever built and I’m hungry for my next larger web development project.
